Customer Reviews
Roadster V2 arrived quickly
Bought a Roadster V2. It shipped fast and got to me in 4 days. Bike was mostly assembled. Rides well. No complaints.
Pretty good, but one small thing
I picked up the 700 Series after doing some research, and it's been a mostly positive experience. The bike itself is powerful and comfortable for my rides around town. Assembly was manageable, but one of the fender bolts was a little stiff to get in. Not a huge deal, just took a bit more effort. Shipping was relatively quick, arrived in 6 days. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about the battery charger. Overall, I'm satisfied with the purchase and feel it's a good e-bike for the price, just that one minor assembly hiccup.
Satisfied with my Prodigy
I ordered the Prodigy v2 and was generally pleased with the experience. The ordering process on the website was straightforward enough. Delivery took 8 days to reach me in Arizona, which was within their estimated window. The bike arrived well-packaged, and I appreciated that. Assembly wasn't too bad; the instructions were clear enough for someone with basic tools. The bike itself feels sturdy, and the mid-drive motor is definitely a plus for hill climbing. I had a question about the LCD display settings, and customer support responded to my email within 24 hours with a helpful answer. So far, the quality seems good for daily commuting.
My new LMT'D bike is great
Got the LMT'D bike a couple weeks ago and I'm loving it. It was pretty easy to put together, just had to attach the front wheel and handlebars mostly. Rides really smooth, and the motor helps a lot on hills. I've been using it to get to work and back. Definitely a good buy.
Good value for a commuter bike
I was looking for an e-bike that wouldn't break the bank and saw the Core-5. The price point was really attractive, especially compared to some other brands I checked out. It felt like a solid deal for what I got. Shipping took about a week to get to me in Oregon, which was fine. Pretty happy with the overall value.

is the referral discount code worth it? like how much off do you actually get?
Thinking of getting the LMT'D but I'm kinda short, like 5'2". Will it be too big for me or do they have different frame sizes?
How do these compare to Aventon bikes? I'm torn between the 700 Series and an Aventon Level.
Do Ride1Up bikes come assembled? Or am I going to be spending hours putting it together?
How do returns work if the bike just isn't for me? Is it a big hassle?
